Lutheran Church Hong Kong Synod provides our on-site social worker. School-based social workers are close partners in home-school cooperation. They are stationed in school three days a week, actively contacting parents and taking up essential tasks on the school campus.

• To connect with parents, identify their needs at an early stage, provide appropriate support, and counselling, and strengthen physical, mental and spiritual health;
•  To promote parental education, help parents establish correct parenting attitudes, encourage parent-child relationship, and give appropriate expectations to the development of children;
• To support families and provide crisis management for needy cases.
