入學申請 Application

Parents are able to submit the application form from 1st September for the next academic year (2021/2022). The application forms can be downloaded from the school’s website or you can obtain the form from our school in person.

Documents and fee to be attached with a completed application form are:

1. 出生證明書副本。
2.  三個已貼上$2郵票及已寫上正確通訊地址的回郵信封。
3.  報名費40元 (只收現金，不設退款)。

1. Photocopy of your child’s birth certificate
2. Three self-addressed stamped envelopes with $2stamps
3. $40 for the application fee (by cash and no refund)
